A modern office designed for a dynamic, homegrown athleisure brand.
The goal was to create a modern, coworking-inspired atmosphere that would attract and inspire a younger demographic while providing a comfortable and functional workspace for a dynamic fashion startup. The site, located in an old industrial area outside the city, posed challenges due to its industrial layout and structure, requiring the integration of modern design elements with the building’s existing architectural features to achieve a seamless blend of old and new.
The layout was strategically re-imagined to enhance openness and flexibility. Cabins and meeting rooms are placed along the perimeter, leaving the central space open for easy movement and communication. This made the workstations more accessible and encouraged collaboration across departments. The Formal meeting room and informal seating areas were positioned at the two ends of the central axis to create distinct yet cohesive spaces. These spaces were finished with a pop of color complementing the neutral tones of the space.
The design honors the building’s industrial heritage with raw materials. The design pays homage to the building’s industrial heritage through the use of raw materials such as the exposed dark grey ceiling, visible cable trays, and the original terrazzo flooring, which was preserved to maintain the space’s character. The furniture and workstations were selected in muted tones of white and grey, introducing a modern, minimalist aesthetic that complements the industrial elements.

The centrally located structural columns were creatively integrated into the design by aligning metal partitions to define team zones, while enhancing the Industrial feel of the space. These partitions also incorporated storage and sample display features, ensuring an open, collaborative feel without creating visual barriers.
The Cava office beautifully merges the brand’s dynamic ethos with the industrial legacy of its surroundings, offering a collaborative environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
