An opulent four-bedroom apartment located in the vibrant heart of Chennai's upscale residential district.
The highlighting feature of the residence is the central circulation spine, adorned with 3D-patterned Italian marble, elegantly emphasizing the length of the home.
The prayer area features a collapsible door that, when opened, expands into the foyer, creating a larger gathering space for special occasions.
The floor plan underwent a thoughtful reconfiguration to amplify the openness of the common areas. The original layout maintained a distinct separation between the dining and living spaces. The central spatial design focused on expanding the living area, resulting in the creation of two distinctive zones: a formal 10-seater space and a relaxed area specifically designated for television viewing.
The furniture, meticulously crafted as bespoke pieces, evolved into sculptural art in brass and marble, creating a cohesive connection throughout the entire home

The open kitchen, seamlessly connected to the dining area and featuring an informal breakfast counter, was carefully designed. These design interventions cater to the diverse spatial needs of a multi-generational family residing together under one roof.
The master bedroom exudes sophistication, with dominant gold and brass tones that effortlessly carry the luxurious ambiance of the house into this intimate space.
